You have to love sharing your knowledge...Tuakana Teina is a special time! Today Room 6 blessed us with their presence for a Smart learner session / reflection on this past term. We all benefitted. Room 6 learnt how to use Google Drawing and Room 8 learnt not only how to teach a new skill but also show compassion and grow their personal skill of 'patience'.

Our Prime Minister

Jacinda Ardern has made some very inspirational speeches this year. Room 8 listened to two... the first was her speech from International Womens Day 2019 and the second was her first speech following the Mosque tragedy in Christchurch 15.3.2019. From these speeches we were able to form an opinion about our Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern.
